DVA care availability has always been subject to the amount of money in the DVA operating budget as provided by Congress.
There are eight categories for care priority... Here
Military retirees and spouses pay the Medicare Part B fee just like everyone else. Tricare secondary insurance is thrown in as a retirement benefit and includes pharmacuticals.

She think shes can be educated here about as cheaply as in the UK now that Cameron has severely chopped financial aid for students. She does pick up VA aid as child of a deceased serviceman. And MSU has a good psychology department.

Here is hoping the commentariat has enjoyed the holiday as have I and mine ... family and friends, good food and good cheer ... just cracked open a Michigan Brewing Co. Brown Ale (fully as good as any Newcastle Brown I ever had).
Of interest, one of our UK dual-citizen granddaughters intends to study psychology here in Michigan, rather than attend a UK red-brick school. Sure hope she knows what she is doing.

In 50 years of vehicle ownership, I was never offered such a deal....

Down 6.7% from 2010 and 23.3% from peak....dollar value of taxes keeps rising....must be inflation....
