Even as I vote for multiple failures, I know the FDIC is waiting for the new fiscal year and new electrons.
Missed the last two, but it seems like Sheila did too. Maybe we'll break into double figures.
This is getting to be like handicapping the dogs at the greyhound track.
Let's see now..... Sept '07 just 1.... Sept '08 3.......Sept '09 a whopping 11.....so far, Sept 10 just 1 with 2 more Fridays left. There'll be an effort to keep the closures down, what with an upcoming election and today's "unexpectedly" devilish consumer sentiment reading of 66.6 and summer's promised recovery having only a few days to show its face so what's it going to be? What the hell... it's the 3rd Friday and it's nearly 3 PM and there are 3 hurricanes ablowin' so 3 it is!
